Harris Ranch Beef Company, rich in family tradition, is the source for our premium natural beef program. The Harris Ranch USDA Certified Natural Black Angus Beef is one of the last truly vertically integrated beef companies in the United States. Harris Ranch has a railroad train that departs every 10 days from Nebraska carrying 100 rail cars of the finest Midwest corn to the Harris Ranch feed lot in the San Joaquin Valley of California. At the feed lot, they control the diet of Midwestern corn and locally grown feeds, all tested for pesticide residues and never containing animal proteins. Animal health is closely monitored, and any animal requiring treatment is identified and removed from the program. Their food safety and sanitation practices are state-of-the-art and include not only their plant, but also transport vehicles, cattle washing and cold chain management. A team of third-party auditors has repeatedly given Harris Ranch exceptional marks for food safety and sanitation. Their product quality and consistency coupled with our aging standards and exceptional cutting give you what you need to please your demanding customers.
Georgia Natural Grass Fed Beef by White Oak Pastures is raised using herdsmanship passed down thru five generations of the Harris Family. They have raised cattle on the same Early County, Georgia farm since 1866. The cattle are treated humanely. The farm is environmentally sustainable, with a zero waste processing facility, uses solar panels to heat the water and is certified organic by the Georgia Crop Improvement Association. The cattle are born, raised and harvested to meet USDA Approved Grassfed Protocol which forbids the use of artificial hormones, confinement feeding or the use of animal by-products or antibiotics in the feed. Will Harris and his family are also raising and processing chickens, water fowl, and lamb.

Halperns' Southern Red Pork is raised naturally in the outdoors in Alabama and Tennessee. We have contracted with several small, local farmers to raise natural, true heritage breeds (Duroc and Berkshire) to support the program. The hogs are treated humanely and with respect. They are never given antibiotics or added hormones and are fed an all vegetarian diet. Try it and see if this is not the best tasting pork you have ever tasted.

Cavendish Game Birds produce all natural quail in the Green Mountains of Vermont. Brothers Bill & Rick Thompson selectively breed the quail to be robust and tender. Their birds average 7 ounces, 25% larger than other quail. This weight is achieved in less than 7 weeks which results in tender eating quality. Absolutely no growth hormones or stimulants of any kind are used.
Tanglewood Farms Specialty Birds are raised on small family farms in the Piedmont region of North Carolina. They are subject to stringent growing standards, similar to the Labelle Rouge program in France, with no hormones, growth stimulants, antibiotics, drugs or any other artificial products administered. They are fed only wholesome natural grains with no animal by-products and the aging process ensures a moist and tender meat. All birds are USDA inspected.
